眶颧复合体骨折112例临床分析

A Clinical Study of 112 Cases with Orbitozygomatic Complex Fractures

目的 探讨眶颧复合体骨折的致伤原因、临床特点及治疗方式选择。方法 对 112例眶颧复合体骨折病例进行回顾性分析。结果 Ⅰ型骨折 2 4例 (2 1.4 % ) ,Ⅱ型骨折 5 1例 (4 5 .6 % ) ,Ⅲ型骨折 37例 (33% ) ,合并上下颌骨骨折 2 1例。 10 3例眶颧复合体骨折患者进行了手术治疗 ,其中 70例通过冠状切口入路 ,所有手术病例都进行钛板坚强内固定术。结论 眶颧复合体骨折应及时治疗 ,进行准确复位和坚强内固定。

Objective To investigate the cause and clinical characteristics and to evaluate the treatment methods in orbitozygomatic complex (OZC) fracture patients. Method A retrospective review of 112 patients records were conducted. Data regarding age, cause of fracture, anatomic site, treatment modalities and clinical results were reviewed. Results All the cases were grouped by the Zingg's classification and causes, complications and treatment were analysed. The patients were grouped as follows: type Ⅰ 24 cases (21.4%), type Ⅱ 51 the cases (45.6%), and type Ⅲ 27cases (33%). 103 cases were operated. Among them, 70 cases were treated with the coronal incision. All the cases were treated with titanium plate internal fixation. Conclutions The patients suffering from orbitozygomatic fractures should be treated surgically with accurate reposition and rigid internal fixation for fractured bones.
