一、经纬向缩率 Somet SM92型剑杆织机的设计核心是充分利用“织口长度和综前综后深度不变时,纱线的伸长和织口高度的平方成正比”这一关系式。而该织机织口高度50毫米,在钢筘处高度仅28毫米,是当今剑杆织机中织口高度最小的织机。(1511型织造中平织物第一页综织口高度为76毫米)与有梭织机相比织口高度减小34％。织口长度是根据品种的特点(包括经向断头率及产生的织疵)在370～630毫米之间进行选择,综前深度130毫米不变,主要是综后深度的变化。如果以第一页综框算,综前综后深度之比在1:28～1:48。

The shrinkage ratio of weftsize to warpsize of fabric from SM92 rapier looms is more sizable than that of fabric from conventional looms due to its strong set- ting tension. Therefore the shrinkage principle for fabric from conventional looms should not be available for fabric from rapier looms, and the concept of 'natural shrinkage' should be altered into 'rate of natural extension' since the baled cloth shows either shrink or stretch.
