脉动热管的结构改进及其传热特性的实验研究 被引量:40

摘要 通过观察脉动热管的运行过程,并分析其存在的缺点,提出对脉动热管的结构进行改进,合理匹配各通道内的 流动阻力,实现工质在热管里的稳定单向流动,以改善加热段的供液情况,提高脉动热管传热性能。并对充灌率、倾角和 通道大小对改进型脉动热管的传热性能的影响进行了实验研究。 Observing the operation process of pulsating heat pipe and analyzing its disadvantage, an improving measure on structure of pulsating heat pipe was put forward in this paper. With this new structure, flow resistance in every channel is matched reasonably, the working fluid flows in the channels of the pulsating heat pipe in a certain direction steadily. Thus the heating section is better flooded and the heat transfer performance of the pulsating heat pipe with new structure is enhanced. The effects of charge rate, tilt angle, channel size on the heat transfer performance were studied experimentally also.
