摘要
本篇论文通过较新的快速轴流CO_2激光器的理论及理论模型,对影响到小信号增益、饱和参量、输出功率、输出模式等出光特性的主要物理参数进行了讨论,并依此对我们的千瓦级轴流CO_2激光器主要物理参数进行了优化选择。
Based on an new theoretical model of fast axial flow CO_2 Lasers and Laser theories,the main physics parameters which influence the small signal gain,saturation parameter,output power,optical mode and other properties of laser,are discussed in this dissertation.
The optimal parameters design for our 1KW CO_2 laser, therefore, have been selected.
