摘要
本文在对国内外激光照排机及技术文献作了详细的调研和分析之后,提出一种新的、具有独创性的高精度激光照排机原理模型。此模型综合了目前国内外激光照排机的优点,并且采用了一些目前在照排机领域中尚未采用的新技术。这样使整个方案更具有先进性和独创性。本文涉及到光学、精密机械、电子学等方面的综合知识。因此,本文在扫描光学的光点尺寸,机械传动链的传动误差、电机驱动电路等方面作了大量工作,进行了详细分析与计算。找到一种适合未来彩色印刷需要的高速、高精度、高分辨率的原理方案。
In this paper, we present a creative principle model of high precision laser phototype setter. This model draws the virtue of present laser phototype setter, and overcomes their defect. So it makes this model more advenced and creative. This paper deals with many aspect knowledges of optics, precision mechanics and electronics. So we make a lot of research in the optical spot size of scanning optical system,the transmission error of mechanical chain and driving circuit of eletric motor.and find out a kind of principle model that meet future needs of color print of high speed,high precision and high resolusion.
