As the fourth medium,the emergence of the Internet has brought forth a great revolution to the news or communicative field all over the world.The new situation has made it a necessity to use the network to diffuse advanced culture,explore Chinese information resource and push on the plurality of internet to combine the protection or exploration of humanity resources with the network communication,which is one of the great means to inherit and carry forward outstanding traditional culture,and a strong measure to develop the advanced culture of socialism.
