摘要
目的 :探讨内科疾病诊治演习的教学效果。方法 :对进行与未进行内科疾病诊治演习训练的预防医学专业两个年级的学生进行对比分析。结果 :进行内科疾病诊治演习训练的学生内科实习病例分析考核成绩明显高于未经过内科疾病诊治演习训练的学生 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :内科疾病诊治演习是培养学生临床实践能力的一种可行的教学方法。
Objective: To evaluate the teaching effect of the diagnostic and therapeutic exercise of internal medicine diseases. Method: To compare and analyze the examination result of the two groups -- preventive medicine students of Grade 95 as the experimental group who carry through the diagnostic and therapeutic exercise of internal medicine diseases and those of Grade 96 as the contrast group without doing it at all. Result: The examination result of the experimental group was better than that of the contrast group (P< 0.01). Conclusion: This diagnostic and therapeutic exercise of internal medicine diseases is a viable teaching approach which can foster students’ clinic practicing ability.
