摘要
随着高校长跑运动水平的迅速提高 ,要发挥运动员的实际水平 ,他们不仅具备良好的身体素质和技术水平 ,还要有良好的心理素质。采取有效的方法和手段对高校长跑运动员心理训练 ,能够不断提高运动员心理素质 ,在比赛中创造优异成绩。
With the rapid elevation of the competitive level in college long-distance race,runners must have not only strong bodily quality and excellent skills,but also good mental quality in order to bring their true level into full play. The effective methods of psychological training for the long-distance runners in college have showed that runners’ mental quality can be improved to achieve better results in the competition.
