高等教育试行公办转民办或股份制办学的思考

A reflection on the trying out of higher education run by government shifted to non-government or share-holding system

高等教育办学体制转变是高等教育新的跨越式发展的迫切需要。本文提出了高校由公办向民办或股份制转变的制度创新形式 ,并充分论述了其必要性和可行性。

The shift of the system of running a school in higher education is an urgent need for the new striding-over development of higher education. This paper has put forward an innovative form of system transformation from institutions of higher learning run by government into non-government or share-holding system,and has also dissertated adequately its necessity and feasibility.
