摘要
采用不同质量分数的Ca2 + 处理 2年生水曲柳幼苗 ,在 - 10℃低温条件下分别处理 4、6、8、10h ,测定和分析其质膜相对透性、丙二醛 (MDA)含量、可溶性糖含量及游离脯氨酸含量的变化。研究结果表明 ,不同质量分数Ca2 + 的处理 ,能够降低质膜透性 ,减轻低温胁迫对细胞膜的破坏 ,减少丙二醛的含量 ,增加可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸含量 ,其中质量分数为 15 0 %处理的植株 ,抵御低温效果最为明显。
The changes of different physiological indexes of 2-year-old Manchurian ash seedlings, such as the relative osmosis of protoplasm membrane and MAD, soluble sugar and dissociative proline contents, were detected and analyzed by means of different trials treated with different concentrations of calcium ion under low temperature condition(-10℃) for 4 , 6 ,8 and 10 hours separately. The results show that the relative osmosis of protoplasm membrane reduces, the destructive degree of membrane lightens, the contents of MDA decrease and soluble sugar and dissociative proline increase under different treatments of Ca 2+. It proves that the seedlings treated with Ca 2+ concentration of 150% have high cold-resistance.
