摘要 采用燃烧化学和熔盐化学原理 ,对稠油锅炉烟垢形成机理和清烟垢化学作用进行了系统研究 ,研制出新型高效固体化学清烟垢剂。工业试验证明 ,该清烟垢剂能达到满意效果。 Formation mechanisms and chemical removing techniques of fouling on heating surface of oil-burning boiler were studied by means of the principles of burning chemistry and molten-salt chemistry. Based on this,a late-model effective solid foul removing agent was developed. Satisfactory result was obtained in a field test.
