摘要 大规模基因表达谱研究最常用方法包括基因表达短序列分析、微阵列分析 ,这两种方法各有其特点。而肿瘤基因组解剖工程汇集了大量人类基因组和肿瘤分子学研究数据 ,也成为快速研究肿瘤大规模基因表达谱的利器。现综述这些方法及其在肿瘤研究中的应用进展。
