Progression of apoptosis related factors and ovarian tumor
摘要
细胞凋亡又称程序性细胞死亡 ,其在卵巢肿瘤中起着举足轻重的作用。研究发现 ,凋亡相关因子的调控失衡直接导致卵巢肿瘤的发生发展 ,影响肿瘤的预后和治疗。现详述几类重要的凋亡相关因子与卵巢肿瘤的最新研究动态。
