前哨淋巴结检测在妇科恶性肿瘤中的应用
Application of sentinel lymph node detection in patients with gynaecic cancer
摘要
前哨淋巴结检测技术在临床上的应用 ,对恶性肿瘤的外科处理具有非常重要的指导意义。其在恶性黑色素瘤和乳腺癌中已得到较为成功的应用 ,在妇科恶性肿瘤中的应用尚处在研究阶段。现就前哨淋巴结检测技术在妇科肿瘤中应用的国内外现状和目前尚待解决的问题作一简要综述。
