摘要
对长期坚持半场篮球锻炼的60岁以上男性老年人进行身体形态、机能、身体素质和心理测试,结果显示:长期坚持强度适中的半场篮球锻炼,能够增强老年人的心肺功能,提高身体素质,对防治心血管系统疾病和心理健康能产生良好的作用。
This paper makes a testing study on the physique,physical function,fitness and psychological state.The result shows that persisting in half-court basketball playing with moderate intensity for quite a long time can promote the function of heart and the physical fitness,and exert a good effect on mental health and the prevention of cardiovascular disease.
