摘要 采用动态分析法,对男子110米跨栏跑技术特点进行分析。结果表明,世界优秀跨栏跑运动员在第3栏~第5栏间速度最快,并保持稳定,从第6栏后开始逐渐减速,至第9栏前速度达最小,在第9栏到第10栏间又出现加速,然后冲刺至终点;9个跨栏周期的平均速度是影响运动员能否夺冠的主要因素。 The dynamic analytic approaches were used for an analysis of 110m hurdle races.It has been shown that the speed of world elite men's hurdlers from 3rd to 5th hurdles is the fastest and stable.They began to speed down gradually from the 6th hurdle and the speed is the slowest before the 9th hurdle.They began to speed up from the 9th to 10th hurdles and sprinted to the end line.The average speed of 9 hurdling periods is the main factor for men's hurdlers to win the champion.
