高效液相色谱法测定貂胰防裂膏中丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量

Determination of Tanshinone Ⅱ_A in Diaoyifanglie Cream by HPLC

目的:建立貂胰防裂膏中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法。方法:采用C18柱,以乙腈-水(77∶23)为流动相,流速为1mL/min,温度为40℃,检测波长为461nm。结果:丹参酮ⅡA在0.04～0.64μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999;平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为2.45%。结论:高效液相色谱法简便、准确、重现性好,适用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective:To establish content assay method of tanshinoneⅡ A in diaoyifanglie cream by HPLC.Methods :C 18 column with acetonitrile -water(77∶23)as mobile phase,the temperature of column was40℃,and tanshinoneⅡ A was detected at 461nm with flowing rate1mL /min.Results:The linear range of tanshinoneⅡ A was0.04～0.64μg (r=0.9999).The average recovery rate of tanshinoneⅡ A was100.7%and RSD was2.37%.Conclusion:The method was simple,accurate,reproducible and suitable to be used in quality control of diaoyifanglie cream.
