摘要
目的:建立硫酸吗啡注射液的含量测定方法。方法:以水为溶剂,测定旋光度。结果:线性浓度范围为1～40mg/mL,回归方程为C=10.6045α+0.0138(r=0.9995),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD=1.01%(n=5)。结论:旋光法简便、快速,结果准确。
Objective:To establish a polarimeter method for the quantitative determination of morphine sulfate injection.Methods:Solvent :water,polarimetry.Results:The linear range was1～40mg /mL.The regression equation:C=10.6045α+0.0138(r=0.9995).The average recovery were99.4%,RSD=1.01%(n=5).Conclusion:This method was simple,quick and accurate.
