刺络拔罐为主治疗Ramsty-Hunt综合征32例临床观察

Clinical Observations on the Treatment of Ramsty-Hunt Syndrome by Blood-letting Puncture and Cupping as Main Therapy

目的 观察穴位刺络拔罐疗法配合针灸等治疗 Ramsty- Hunt综合征的临床疗效。方法 32例治疗组采取大椎、完骨等穴运用梅花针刺络拔罐的方法配合针灸等治疗 ;32例对照组采取针灸、阿昔洛韦等治疗。结果与结论 4疗程后治疗组愈显率为 81.2 5 % ,对照组为 5 6 .2 5 % ,优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。且治疗组中、短期耳痛缓解率也均明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。

Purpose To investigate the clinical efficacy of blood-letting puncture and cupping in cooperation with acupuncture and moxibustion for treating Ramsty-Hunt syndrome. Methods A treatment group of 32 cases was treated by blood-letting puncture with plum-blossom needle and cupping in cooperation with acupuncture and moxibustion and a control group of 32 cases, with acupuncture and moxibustion, andaciclovir. Results and conclusion Results and conclusion: The cure and marked effectiveness rate was 81.25% in the treatment group and 56.25% in the control group after 4 courses of treatment. It was higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05). The short-term otalgia-relieving rate was also significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.01).
