前列腺癌转移转基因动物模型 被引量:2

摘要 前列腺癌死亡的主要原因是肿瘤转移 ,由于几乎没有能准确模仿临床病例的动物模型 ,所以在分子水平研究前列腺癌的自然进程、提出有效的治疗方法是十分困难的。 2 0世纪 90年代中期首次建立的转基因动物模型 ,具有较全面的转移重复能力、较高的外显率及较短的病程等优点。本文重点介绍了近年来前列腺癌转移转基因动物模型研究方面的进展。
