类固醇5-α还原酶亚型与良性前列腺增生的研究进展

摘要 类固醇 5 α还原酶通过将睾酮转变为双氢睾酮 ,在人类前列腺的发生、成熟及良性前列腺增生的形成演变过程和治疗药物的研制开发中具有重要作用 ,本文就该酶亚型与良性前列腺增生的相关研究进展进行综述。
