钠/二羧酸协同转运蛋白的功能研究进展

摘要 钠 /二羧酸协同转运蛋白 (NaDC)是一类介导琥珀酸、枸橼酸及α 酮戊二酸等三羧酸循环中间产物转运的有机阴离子转运蛋白。在正常肾脏、脑、肝脏及小肠等组织均有较高表达。NaDC可为肾脏细胞提供能量代谢的底物、参与氨基酸及神经递质的合成 ,并可能参与机体酸碱平衡的调节 ,与肾结石的形成和衰老有关。本文就有关NaDC的结构、功能及其病理生理学意义等方面的最新进展进行了综述。
