三峡库区城镇运营模式选择分析

An Analysis of the Management Mode of Towns in the Three-gorges Region

一个或数个城镇的健康发展,将有效带动城镇周边地区的经济社会进步,而城镇运营模式的选择,又是城镇能否健康发展的关键。对于三峡库区而言,城镇运营模式的正确选择,对库区经济社会发展尤为重要。在分析三峡库区城镇的现状基础上,根据资本深化收益递减等经济规律,研究了可供选择的城镇运营模式,同时就每个模式的特点、需要注意的事项进行讨论,最后指出库区城镇运营需要解决的若干主要问题并提出相应解决对策。

The development of the economic and the social development of the Three-gorge Region is mostly depends on how to manage the towns of this region. It is very important to choose the appropriate mode of management for each town. After the analysis of all the Modes, we give some advises for using each mode to achieve the developing goal.
