指出了橡胶线绳V带裁布机存在的问题 ,提出了普通裁布机电气控制系统技术的改进方法 ,介绍了新型数字裁布机的基本原理和关键技术。通过改进使裁布机的性能和工效显著提高 ,节约了成本 。

Pointing out some problems existing in the rubber cotton rope V-belt cloth cutter,followed by some solutions to the problems of the electrical controlling system of common cloth cutter,this paper then introduces the basic principles and key technologies of a new-type digital cloth cutter.It aims at improving its capabilities and efficiency as well as it qualities by cutting down the cost of it.
