摘要
较详细地介绍了可编程序控制器(PLC)的特点,探讨了其软、硬件措施。也对PLC、继电器控制和通用系统机控制作了相互比较。并以FX2型PLC为例,介绍在真空镀膜机上的应用。
First, this paper introduces the features of a programmable logical controller in detail, and discusses its hardware and software environment. Then, it makes a comparison among the PLC, the relay, and the general system, Finally, it gives an example of applying FX2—type PLC in vacuum coater.
