This paper firstly introduced the basic conception of evolvable hardware and the evolution of digital circuits, then discussed how to found the management database for further procession of digital circuits' evolution results by VB and Access. In the application program, the acquisition of generation and fitness is analyzed in detail, and the program provided two different data fetching methods for users. This database can realize further procession of evolution results, store generation and fitness into database, display convergence rate curve , thus facilitate the use of Jbits software.
