摘要
省煤器管道出现腐蚀小孔造成泄漏而导致设备运行失效和管爆现象,本文分析了管壁失效的具体特征,并从电化学理论出发,提出产生该种失效形式的根本原因,即管内发生了吸氧腐蚀;阐述了吸氧腐蚀过程和机理.探索实际可行的防治措施.
The leak which results from the corrosive aperture of gas pipeline results in the phenomenon that equipment operates abnormally. This paper has analyzed the invalid concrete characteristic of the pipeline. and based on the electrochemical theory, the basic reason producing this kind corrosion of form has been put forward, namely, pipeline absorbing oxygen corrosion. The course and mechanism of absorbing oxygen corrosion are discussed and some practical and feasible prevention and cure measures are explored.
