On Analysis of Saturated Unreplicated Factorial Designs

摘要 由于经济上的巨大效益和技术上的原因,在工业应用的许多领域,无重复试验的饱和析因设计越来越受欢迎.但在对它进行数据分析时却遇到了难题.因为,这时已没有剩余的自由度可用来估计误差方差,从而也就无法用标准方差分析对因子进行显著性检验.本文综述了四十多年来人们为解决这一难题而提出的各种方法,介绍了在这一研究领域存在的一些问题和进一步的研究方向. Due to cost and technology, in many industrial applications, unreplicated factorial designs become more and more popular. Frequently, these designs are saturated. The analysis of saturated unreplicated factorial designs can be difficult, while the effects can be usually estimated by contrasts, there are no degrees of freedom left to estimate the error variance, and then the normal ANOVA can be no more used to test significant effects. This paper reviews various methods for analyzing these designs that were developed in the past more than 40 years. Some problems and future research in this field are also discussed.
