摘要 目的 :探讨IOLMaster及A超对 3,4级核晶状体进行人工晶状体度数测量时联合应用的优势。方法 :对4 8例 (6 0只眼 ) 3,4级核患者行术前人工晶状体度数测量 ,测量采用IOLMaster联合A超及单纯使用A超两种方法 ,每组 30眼。另晶状体核分级为 2级的 19例 (30只眼 )单纯使用IOLMaster测量。术后 3月比较 3组人工晶状体度数偏差值。结果 :IOLMaster联合A超组 ,人工晶状体度数偏差为 0 .5 83± 0 .337;单纯使用A超组 ,人工晶状体度数偏差为 1.186± 0 .4 30 ;单纯使用IOLMaster组人工晶状体度数偏差为 0 .5 71± 0 .32 9。结论 :IOLMaster联合A超测量人工晶状体度数偏差小于单纯使用A超组 ,前者可为 3,4级核的人工晶状体度数测量提供更准确可靠的数据。 Objective: To evaluate the advantage of application of IOL Master combining with A-scan for intraocular lens calculation in grade 3,4 nucleus lens. Methods: Calculated the intraocular lens in 48 cases(60 eyes) before operation. One group (30eyes) were measured by IOL Master combining with A-scan, while the second group(30 eyes) by A-scan merely. The third group(30 eyes) with low-grade turbid lens were measured by IOL Master Merely. After 3 months, the errors of intraocular lens were compared among the three groups. Results: In the first group, the error of intraocular lens degree was 0.583±0.337; in the second group, the error of intraocular lens degree was 1.186 ±0.430; in the third group, the error of intraocular lens degree was 0.571± 0.329 . Conclusion: The error of intraocular lens degree in the first group was less than that in the second group. The first method can offer the more exact and reliable data for the calculation of intraocular lens in grade 3,4 nucleus lens.
