辽河冷家油田特稠油降粘剂LJVR-1及其性能评价

Viscosity reducer LJVR-1 and its performance evaluation for exceptional thick oil of Liaohe oilfield

采用荧光法测定了辽河冷家油田冷 4 7- 5 5 6井特稠油乳化 HL B值 ,然后以混合型表面活性剂、非离子型表面活性剂为主剂 ,快速渗透剂为辅剂按一定比例制备了水基降粘剂 L JVR- 1.实验结果表明 ,该降粘剂具有良好的乳化降粘性能 ,开采后易于破乳脱水 。

Emulsification HLB values of exceptional thick oil from Leng-47-556 well of Liaohe oilfield were determined with fluorescence method. On the basis of these HLB value measurements, water base viscosity reducer LJVR-1 in a certain concentration was prepared with mixed and non-ion surfactants as the main materials and with an appropriate permeate agent as coemulsifier. Experimental results indicate that this kind of viscosity reducer has satisfactory emulsification viscosity reduction properties and the produced crude oil can be demulsified and dehydrated easily. LJVR-1 is an ideal water base viscosity reducer for exceptional thick crude oil.
