摘要 持变概率法是一种统计一维序列持续变化概率的方法 ,可用于统计核酸序列碱基交替变化情况 ,通过此方法得出 :1)核酸序列中的持变概率与持变次数呈指数关系变化 ;2 )人类各染色体的持变指数有一定的稳定性 ,受个体、测序方向的影响较小 ;3)持变指数具有特征性 ,核酸序列中产生的持变指数与随机序列中产生的持变指数有着明显差异 .由此推断生物界可能存在着某种内编码规则约束着核酸进行编码 。 A new method named Persistent Changing Probability is presented and applied to quantify the changing of DNA nucleotide sequences. Using this method the following results are obtained. 1) Exponential distribution is found between Persistent Changing Probability and Persistent Changing Number. 2) Human beings' Persistent Changing Exponents are stable, which will not be influenced too much by individuals or the orientation of sequence measurement. 3) This Persistent Changing Exponent is obviously different from what we can get from random series. This indicates that there must be some intrinsic rules to control the coding of nucleotide sequences, which can be represented by Persistent Changing Probability.
