Sleep's Influence on the Work of Air Traffic Controller

从管制员的睡眠对空管安全的重要性入手,阐述了管制员睡眠的涵义和睡眠不足对空管工作的影响,针对管制员睡眠不足可能造成的影响提出了对应措施,认为管制员在重视睡眠的同时,应更多的了解睡眠知识,科学睡眠,以便更好的为航空生产运输保驾护航。

This paper, based on the importance of the sleep of the air traffic controllers, explained the significance of sleep to the controllers and the possible adverse result that might be caused by sleep insufficiency of the controllers. The approaches to improve this situation were presented and the controllers were alerted to learn more about sleep so as to run air traffic control safely and smoothly.
