摘要
分析了目前高校工资分配制度中存在的问题,并就如何建立与高校发展相适应的新型分配制度,充分发挥工资的激励作用,有效解决制约高校发展的"瓶颈"等问题,提出了改革的建议。
This article analyses the existing issues in the current university salary allocation system, and then puts forward several suggestions about how to set up a kind of new allocation system adapting the university development, how to fully give play to the encouraging role of salary and how to effectively eradicate the constraints on the university development.
