本文结合淮河流域蓄滞洪区实地调研情况,提出两种快速评估方法基础统计数据法、历史损失数据估算法,并以安徽蒙洼蓄滞洪区为例进行了案例试算,分析了方法存在的不足,提出了对实践操作的意义。

The paper puts forward two quick evaluation methods: basic statistic data method and historic damage data method with practical circum stances, puts up the calculation taking the flood storage area of Mengwa in Anhui province, analyses the deficiency of this method
