摘要
介绍了一种新型复合液压马达 ,对其结构和工作原理进行了阐述 ,并对其结构和基本参数进行了优化设计。所设计的液压马达可使数控车床转塔刀架换刀过程实现连续性和一次性 ,从而降低了换刀过程中的振动和冲击 ,提高了转塔刀架工作的可靠性。
A new compound hydraulic motor is introduced in this paper. The author expatiated its structure and its work principle, and carried out the optimum design of the motor's structure & basic parameters. By the new compound hydraulic motor, the turret tools of NC lathe can be changed continuously in all at once. So, the libration and the impact during the course of tool shifting are reduced and the reliability of the turret is improved.
