摘要
采用现场总线技术、超声波检测技术 ,实现 3 0 0MN模锻水压机活动横梁全行程同步精度检测 ,检测精度为 0 .0 1‰rad。设计柔性接触的传感器安装装置 ,消除活动横梁横向振动及偏斜对检测的影响。使用表明 。
In this paper, with the ultrasonic measurement and the field-bus technology, the synchronism measurement of moving beam of 300 MN die forging press in it's full path is realized. The measuring precision can be reached to 0.001 percent radian. A flexible-touched equipment for sensors' installation is designed,so that the influence which the transverse vibration and incline of moving beam upon measurement can be eliminated. It also indicated that the system shows a good performance in practice.
