Brief Introduction of Seven Approaches to Protection of Traditional Chinese Medicines and Relevant Laws and Regulations

本文介绍了适用于中药的七种保护方式及相应的法律法规 ,并简要分析了商业秘密保护、国家秘密保护、商标保护、原产地域产品保护与原产地标记、专利保护、新药保护与新药监测、中药品种保护的特点 ,可供中药科研、生产、经营、使用单位和管理部门参考。

Seven approaches to protection of traditional Chinese medicines and the corresponding laws and regulations were introduced. Characteristics of the protection of commercial secrets, national secrets, trademarks, geographical indications, patent, new pharmaceutical products and traditional Chinese medicines were briefly analyzed for the reference of research and development institutes, pharmaceutical industry and administration departments.
