用邻氯苯甲酸和异丁胺经缩合、还原制得2-异丁胺基苄醇,再经甲基化、氯化、与2-巯基苯并咪唑缩合和氧化等6步反应制得来明拉唑,总收率28%。
Leminoprazole was synthesized from o-chlorobenzoic acid and isobutylamine by condensation andreduction to give 2-isobutylaminobenzalcohol, which subjected to methylation, chlorination, condensation with 2-mercaptobenzimidiazole and then oxidation with an overall yield of 28%.
