Studies on the Technological Innovation System of China's Construction Industry

摘要 采用理论分析与实证分析相结合的方法,研究了建筑业技术创新的特点和问题,分析了建筑经济活动组织形式对应用技术创新的障碍因素,以及建筑技术创新与新材料、新设备和IT技术的密切关系。提出了建筑业技术创新体制应具备的三项基本功能并就有关政府部门的职能和建筑业产、学、研各方在技术创新中的分工协作关系提出了具体的建议,进而以权益为核心讨论了建筑业技术创新的机制与动力,对提升中国建筑业的技术创新能力和有效性具有重要的应用价值。 Through combination of theoretical and empirical analysis, the authors studied on the characteristics and problems that confront the technology innovation system for the construction industry in China. The barriers of applied technology innovation, which come from the nature of construction activities, and its relationship with new material and equipment and the IT applications are analyzed. The authors argued three major functions for the innovation system of construction technology, and put forward some suggestions for the collaboration between the government administration and the tasks of companies, universities and institutes. The analysis of the incentive and mechanism of rights and interests would be important for technology innovation ability and efficiency of construction industry in China.
