强调了在施行工程量清单计价招标的情况下,业主要加强风险意识,提出并分析了防范风险的10项应对措施。
In china, the inviting public bidding method utilizing bills of quantities has been popularized nationally since July 2003. Whereas, some problems have been revealed which occurred during this period. This paper discussed that the owners of the construction projects should be burdened most important responsibility to fulfill the projects, and they should erect moderate consciousness about risk. Finally, the authors put forward a set of methods to defend risk.
