摘要
目的探讨PICC导管的维护方法及并发症的预防。方法对 2 0 0例PICC置管新生儿的非正常拔管原因进行分析。结果导致非正常拔管的因素依次为局部肿胀、感染可能、堵塞、滑出、意外拔管及导管破裂。结论导管异位或尖端未达到中心静脉是导致导管非正常拔管的主要原因。
Objective To study the method for Peripherally inserted central catheters (PICC) maintenance and prevention of complication. Method The reason of abnormal catheter removal of PICC was analyzed among 200 cases neonate. Result The reason for abnormal catheter removal are successively as following: local swell, possible infection, obstruction, slide out, accidental catheter removal and catheter break. Conclusion The main reason for abnormal catheter removal are catheter heterotopia and miss top end of catheter to the central vein. The main reason for catheter obstruction is fatty emulsion
