心肺复苏术护士复训最佳间隔时间的探讨

Study on the best interval time of retraining of cardiopulmonary resuscitation

目的探讨临床护士进行心肺复苏术复训的最佳间隔时间。方法 2 0 0 1年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 1月对普通病区和高危科室的 192名护士 ,随机分成四个组 (A、B、C、D) ,进行模拟培训后考核 ,然后间隔 3、6、9、12个月实行跟踪考核 ,并在组间进行成绩及时间性的统计学比较。结果普通病区间隔 3个月的成绩及时间性与培训后差异无显著意义 ,其他各组与间隔 3个月的成绩相比较差异有显著意义 ;高危科室各组与 3个月的考核成绩比较差异均无显著意义。结论普通病区护士应间隔 3个月复训一次 ,既保证抢救质量 ,又能充分使用人力资源 ,为护理部。

Objective To study the best interval time of retraining of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in clinical nurse. Method 192 nurses in ordinary and high risk division were randomly divided into four groups ( A,B,C and D) from Jan. 2001 to Jan 2002 after three, six, nine and twelve months of modeling training, then They were examined and compared. Result The result and time of three months interval in ordinary division had no significant difference. The result between other group and interval three months group had significant difference. The result between interval three months group and the other group in high risk division had no significant difference. Conclusion The nurse in ordinary division should be retrain every interval three months. The training method not only ensure resuscitation quality, but also fully use human resources, and provide base for set up scientifically institute training plan of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
