摘要 本文对数控编程的两种标准ISO6 983与ISO14 6 4 9(STEP -NC)进行比较 ,分析ISO6 983的不足和ISO14 6 4 9(STEP -NC)的特点 ,给出STEP -NC面向对象的数据模型结构 ;讨论了ISO14 6 4 9(STEP -NC)中Part11所定义的铣削加工特征 ,并给出一个简单零件的STEP The standards of ISO14649 (STEP NC) with ISO6983 (G code) for NC (Numeric Control) programming were compared,the disadvantages of G code were summarized and the benefits of STEP-NC were briefly analyzed.The structure of the object oriented data model was studied.Then the milling features defined by ISO 14649 part 11 were analyzed, a STEP-NC file for a sample part was given.
