Internet环境下传统数控设备网络化研究

摘要 针对制造业向敏捷化、网络化发展的趋势 ,采用C #语言 ,在Internet环境下 ,开发了一套基于C/S模式的远程客户端软件。它与NportDE - 311协议转换模块相结合构成的传统数控设备联网系统成功地将具有RS2 32接口的数控设备网络化 ,彻底克服了RS2 32接口传输距离短、通讯能力差的缺陷 。 In allusion to the trend that the manufacturing is making progress towards agility and network,a set of remote client software based on C/S model was developed with C# language under internet environment. The NC devices with RS232 interface were networked by means of the traditional NC device network system that was composed of Nport DE-311 module and the remote client software. The shortcoming of RS232 interface with a shorter transmission distance and bad communication ability was overcome. Thereby, the foundation that enterprise utilize traditional NC device carry out agility or network manufacture was established.
