摘要
本文简单介绍了液压仿真软件ZJUSIM的模块构成和原理 ,通过分析基于参数误差积分和遗传算法的液压系统参数优化的特点 ,详细阐述了优化模块的原理和开发流程 ,并通过对实例进行仿真优化 ,验证了该模块能快速有效地设定系统元件优化参数 。
The module structure and working principle of hydraulic simulation software ZJUSIM was introduced and the rules and developing courses of its optimization module was discussed in detail by analyzing the characteristics of parameter optimization based on parameter error integration and genetic algorithm in a hydraulic system.Additionally,the validity of this module's capacities of setting parameters of components in a system and enhancing design efficiency was verified through a practical case study.
