摘要
基于能源合理有效利用的观点,开发出一套用于热风热油载体锅炉的优化设计和数值仿真系统。该方法综合运用了数据库管理系统、面向对象的编程技术和三维机械设计及其图像处理技术,使对热风热油载体锅炉的初步结构设计、热工计算及详细结构设计在电脑窗体中实现交互呈现,并可直接输出装配图、零件图和工程图,使设计成本大大降低,有一定的推广价值。
Based on the view of efficient using energy, the optimum design and numerical simulation system is developed for the hot-blast and organic heat carrier boiler. The system composites the database management system, object-oriented programming, three-dimension mechanical design, and image processing technologies, realizes the primary structure designs, thermal calculations, and detailed structure designs of the hot-blast and organic heat carrier boiler in the form of the computer interchangeably, and outputs their assemblies, parts, and drawings directly, which reduces the cost of the design greatly and deserves publicity.
