摘要 研制了一套应用于碳纤维生产的伺服控制系统,该系统由PMAC2控制器、伺服控制器、伺服电机及工控机组成,实现对牵伸比的准确控制。与传统的牵伸控制系统相比,该系统更精确、可靠,并具有数据查询、打印等功能。实际运行表明,该系统设计合理,控制准确,调整方便,性能稳定。 A servo control system composed of PMAC2 controller,servo controller,servomotor and industrial control computer has been developed for carbon fibre production to control the draft ratio precisely.Compared with the conventional draft control system,it is more precise and more reliable.It also has many additional functions such as data query and print.The practical operation has shown that the system has many good properties,such as correct design,accurate control,convenient adjustment and running stability.
