摘要
本文以国产FA4501型粗纱机偏心齿轮式张力补偿装置为依据,应用偏心机构运动原理,分析了其运动规律,探讨了两偏心齿轮瞬时角速度差(△ω)与累计角位移差(△α)的相连关系,求得了△α与转动角Qx以及其他参数的函数关系,计算了不同参数下粗纱伸长率补偿值(ε),从而为更好地使用该装置提供了参考依据。
Based on the eccentric gear tension compensation system on domestic FA4051 roving frame, the article studies the working motion of the eccentric system and by way of analysing the relationship between the instantaneous angular velocity differences (△ω) and the accumulated angular displacement differences of the two eccentric gears, and obtains the functional relationship between △α and rotating angle θX and other functional relationship and also calculates the compensation value ε of roving elongation under different parameters, therefore provides us a reference.
