培养高质量的人才是高校的立足之本。为了解决高校存在的学风问题 ,要从提高学生的思想政治素质入手 ,帮助学生确立正确的人生价值取向 ,培养学生的责任心。要营造良好的校风、教风以促进学风建设。要转变教育观念 ,树立大学教育新的人才观 ,培养适应时代需要的全面发展的人才。
To build the high-quality talents is the key task of higher education. Regard to the construction of style of study, this paper puts forward some ideas which try to emphasize ideological and political education, strengthen the students' discipline, cultivate the campus culture, activate the teaching method. We must deepen the pedagogy reform to train full-developed talents which are needed for the age.
