中国电子政务发展中出现的问题及对策研究

E-government in China: its problems and solutions

电子政务是政府管理信息化、自动化的重要组成部分,它对于实现政务工作的高效、公开、准确具有重要的现实意义。电子政务的提出标志着我国政府信息化进入了新的历史阶段。本文通过借鉴国外发展电子政务的成功经验,分析了我国电子政务的现状,并且阐述了我国电子政务建设过程中出现的问题,进而提出发展我国电子政务建设的对策建议。

As an integral part of the informatization and automatization of government administration,e-government is important to efficiency,transparency and accuracy of government affairs. E-government symbolizes a new historical era of government informatization. By learning the successful experience of foreign countries , the author analyzes the e-government in China and lists some problems in its development and construction. In the end,the author puts forward a strategic solution to the development of e-government affairs.
